We are nature – colour variation 2
The idea I am exploring is that we are directly connected and a part of nature – by damaging nature we are damaging ourselves. Life is all about balance and connections and life forms of all kinds are effected by natures relentless drive to restore balance when it is miss aligned or disconnected.
Boy, park and pelican
This large painting was designed for a Spanish style unit foyer using elements and shapes in the local area. The curves are inspired by the staircase balustrades and are used as a unifying decorative element throughout.
A pelican takes the sun up for the day, a boy plays with his dog in the park while sharks swim in the harbour.
